Neil has been with Gordon Fabrics since 1977. Over this time, his customer-centric approach has allowed him to build individual, long-term relationships with his customers. He’s spent years traveling to visit them at their stores, factories, and offices. This experience has given him a keen perspective to help customers grow their businesses; seeing them succeed is one of his favourite things about working at the company.

Gary has been with Gordon Fabrics since 1968. Over the past 50+ years, Gary has worked with a large variety of customers and for those who know Gary, it’s not surprising to hear that many of them have become his friend. His caring approach and friendly demeanour make him a true pleasure to work with. Outside of work, Gary enjoys gardening and plans on restarting his hobby of model building.

Walter has been in the industry for over 45 years and started with Gordon Fabrics in 1997. Prior to working with Gordon Fabrics, he worked with European textile lines. His breadth of experience has given him a sharp acumen for helping his customers understand what the right choice is for their market. Walter enjoys selling fabrics that have texture and spends his leisure time gardening, snorkelling, and running.

She has been in the design industry for 25 years and studied at Parsons in New York where she fell in love with her fabric and textile classes. Her passion for fabric and making is lived out through attending local sewing workshops and sewing her own clothes (she has even dipped her toes in Shibori and natural dyeing techniques). Sarah loves showing people new things and making them excited about their creative process.

Shelly has been with Gordon Fabrics since 2017. You’re likely to spot her at trade shows across the US. Having attended university for Fashion Marketing, she brings a unique perspective to her customers and loves to see what they’re making. Shelly is an integral part of developing the company’s new collections; although she wears a lot of neutrals, one of her favourite things is developing exciting new prints and colours.

Kim joined the company in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the sales team. If she looks familiar, that’s because she is! Kim is Shelly’s sister; the two travel extensively for trade shows across the US. Kim is goal oriented (possibly from her competitive softball experience) and loves to help customers achieve their highest potential. She enjoys getting to know her customers and seeing their finished garments in stores.
