525 Decovil® Light & 526 Decovil®
Pellon® 526 Decovil® is a non-woven iron-on interfacing with a sturdy, leather like handle. 526 Decovil® is a thicker, slightly heavier alternative to the 525 Decovil® Light. It is tear-resistant, but also dimensionally stable and easy to shape. Furthermore, it is resilient, resistant to bending, punchable and the cutting edges stay tight. The creation of hats, belts, bags and small fabric bowls as well as home decor projects. Easy to sew and great for use with synthetic or natural fabrics.

71F Peltex® I One-Sided Fusible Ultra Firm Stabilizer
Pellon® 71F Peltex® I One-Sided Fusible is a non-woven, ultra-firm, smooth, heavyweight stabilizer for accessories, crafts, home decorating, machine embroidery, and quilting. It is easy-to-sew, even when sandwiched in between other fabrics. Peltex® I will not flatten out or be distorted with steam pressing. It has no grain and can be cut in any direction.

805 Wonder-Under®
Pellon® 805 Wonder-Under® is the original paper-backed fusible web. It fuses easily in mere seconds and is 100% machine stitchable. The fabric will maintain a soft hand after fusing. Wonder-Under® is great for apparel, home décor, and craft projects. It bonds fabric to fabric or any porous surface like wood and cardboard.

806 Stitch-N-Tear®
Pellon® 806 Stitch-N-Tear® is a non-woven, tear-away stabilizer backing for all types of decorative stitch-work including embroidery, appliqué, cut-work and monogramming. It is fast and easy-to-use, prevents fabric from puckering, and adds stability to the design area. Stitch-N-Tear® tears well in all directions. For medium to heavyweight fabrics.

Pellon® 906F Fusible Sheerweight is an ultra-lightweight, non-woven, fusible interfacing for sheer to lightweight fabrics. It is great for wovens and knits such as crepe de chine, voile, and handkerchief linen.

910 Sew-In Featherweight
Pellon® 910 Sew-In Featherweight is a lightweight, nonwoven interfacing for light to medium-weight fabrics. It is ideal for use with fabrics such as challis, chambray, jersey, broadcloth, and linen and excellent for blouses, dresses, and lightweight jackets.

911FF Fusible Featherweight
Pellon® 911FF Fusible Featherweight is a fusible, non-woven interfacing for light to mid-weight fabrics. It is best for use with wovens and knits such as challis, chambray, jersey, broadcloth, and linen. Fusing is not recommended for triacetate, lace, seersucker, or rainwear.

975 Insul-Fleece™
Pellon® 975 Insul-Fleece™ is made from polyester fibers which are needle punched with an aluminized scrim binder that helps to reflect heat or cold back to its source. It is soft and comfortable for use in clothing as well as home décor and accessories projects. Insul-Fleece™ can be sewn through and, once sewn, is machine washable and dryable. Keeps hot things hot longer and cold things cold longer.
*Insul-Fleece™ is not heat proof or fire resistant. We suggest you use an extra layer or two of cotton batting such as Nature’s Touch® 100% Cotton, between the outer fabric and Insul-Fleece™ for pot holders or heat resistant pads. Use caution when handling any hot surfaces. Do not iron directly on the aluminized scrim binder.

987F Fusible Fleece
Pellon® 987F Fusible Fleece is a one-sided fusible fleece that adds a layer of softness, body, and stability to home decorating, craft and apparel sewing. No Pinning! No Basting! No Sewing! Can be fused to fabric, cardboard, or wood. It is completely sewing machine safe. Black works especially well with dark fabrics.

FF78F1 Flex-Foam™ 1-Sided Fusible
Pellon® Flex-Foam™ 1-Sided Fusible is a lightweight one-sided fusible stabilizer consisting of a layer of foam sandwiched between two layers of soft fabric. It is excellent for use in crafts, accessories, and home décor projects for an elegant finished look. It can be used in place of or in addition to other stabilizers. Flex-Foam is 100% sewing machine safe and adds shape and body to projects such as computer cases, eyeglass cases, purses, tote bags, cup holders, diaper bags, and more! It is compatible with a wide variety of fabrics.

SF101 Shape-Flex®
Pellon® SF101 Shape-Flex® is an all-purpose, woven, fusible interfacing. It provides crisp support for collars, cuffs, yokes, pockets, facings, and other detail areas of a garment. It can also add body and permanent stability when used as a backing for needlework and punch embroidery. Shape-Flex® is intended for light to medium woven and knit fabrics, including oxford cloth, chambray, gingham, madras, tattersall, pin cord, flannel, and polyester/cotton blends. To pre-shrink, fill a sink with warm water. Place interfacing in water for about ten minutes. Do not put in washer or dryer by itself or you may loosen the adhesive. Gentle squeeze out excess water and allow to dry.

TP970 Thermolam® Plus Sew-In
Pellon® TP970 Thermolam® Plus Sew-In is a lofty, needle-punched fleece for use in quilting, garments, crafts, and home decorating. It is compatible with all fabrics including knits. Thermolam® Plus is stable and compact for easy cutting and as it has no grain, can be cut any direction.

Wrap-N-Zap®
Pellon®’s Wrap-N-Zap® is a microwave safe product is made of 100% Natural Cotton Batting. When used in the microwave, it will trap the moisture inside to produce a perfect baked potato or a well steamed ear of corn. It can even be used for warming rolls and tortillas.

Cotton and Cotton Blend battings can shrink up to 3-5%. To avoid shrinkage prior to use, we suggest you soak the batting in hot water for 20 minutes. DO NOT AGITATE WHEN WET. Gently wring or press out excess water and lay flat to dry. After your quilt is complete, you can machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and dry in dryer on low setting for best results.
Washable by hand or machine. Dry cleanable. Please note: do not wash batting until covered in fabric / completed project.
NOTE: When working with products intended for use in a microwave, certain precautions should be taken. Use only 100% Cotton batting, thread and fabric. Do not use batting that contains scrim. Do not use more than two layers of the batting, even at the seams. Wrap-N-Zap® is made of 100% Cotton fibers without any additives. It is not fire retardant or flame proof. For this reason, we suggest cooking in 1 minute intervals for a maximum of 8 minutes. Never leave the microwave unattended. Do not use in a Convection/Microwave oven.
ER96 & ER120 – 80/20 Cotton/Polyester Batting with Scrim – Needle Punched
E – 80/20 Cotton/Polyester Batting with Scrim – Needle Punched is a soft, durable and substantial batting created for quilters who want cotton with the added benefit of wash-ability and good stitch definition. It is made of 80% ultra Clean Cotton and 20% Polyester with a scrim binder that allows for stitched areas up to 8-10″ apart. It has an expected shrinkage of 3-5%. It has a soft loft, creating less resistance when hand quilted and a soft, quilted finished look. Hand, machine, and longarm quilters all love this blend.

FR96 & FR120 - Cotton Batting with Scrim – Needle Punched
F – 100% Cotton Batting with Scrim – Needle Punched is made of 100% Ultra Clean Cotton fibers which provide softness and durability. Quilters and crafters trust and love natural cotton due to the time proven qualities it lends to all projects. Cotton shrinks 3-5% (pre-soak as needed). The lightweight and soft stabilizing scrim binder provides strength and allows for a stitching area of up to 8-10″ apart.
